RETURN POLICY:
Please include packing slip, all garments must be returned in original state swing tags included.
Please note: Millie n me will not cover return shipping costs. Please ensure to use a registered postal service as any lost parcels on their way back to us can not be exchanged, credited or compensated. Millie n me will also not cover additional shipping costs of any exchanged items or items purchased with credit notes
REFUNDS - STRICT 14 DAY REFUND WINDOW:
Refunds are only applicable to full priced items only and must be returned to us within 14 days from when you received the garments. Once the garments have been inspected, we will process your refund amount minus the original shipping cost. Should the items get back to us after the 14 day window a credit note will be issued.
EXCHANGES - Please make a note on your packing slip indicating the item/s you would like to exchange and the new item/s size desired. When posting back to us you MUST include a pre paid return satchel so we can post the garment/s back as soon as we receive them.
CREDIT NOTE - Please indicate request for credit note on the packing slip, an ADDITIONAL 15% of the return $ value will be added to your credit value. Additional 15% value only applies to garments returned within the 14 day return window.
END OF LINE SALES ITEMS - Any items in our end of line sale collection marked as SALE are not eligible for refund or exchange. Bundle deal and Multi buy items can be returned for Exchange or Refund.
Faults:
Please check over all garments as soon as they arrive. In the unlikely event that you have received an item which has a manufacturing fault or is incorrect to the one you purchased, please contact us immediately and once we have inspected the item and deemed faulty, we will exchange your item at no cost you. Faulty items will not be accepted after 14 days from when you receiving the item. We cannot accept items which have been worn or washed they must be in original contition with tags still attached. We offer replacements for any faulty items, including Final Sale items.
An item which has been worn, has makeup stains, or is damaged due to improper care may not be classified as faulty by manufacture, therefore you will not be entitled to a replacement..
All garments must follow proper care instructions, as our items can be quite delicate. We advise hand washing all pieces using cold water only, hot water or warm water will shrink your garment. When washing please using a delicate detergent only, and do not put in the dryer.
** Discounts and discount codes are only applicable once per transaction. You cannot use a discount code in conjunction with any other offer.
