Please ensure to use a registered postal service as any lost parcels on their way back to us can not be exchanged, credited or compensated. Millie n me will also not cover additional shipping costs of any exchanged items or items purchased with credit notes. We will contact you to arrange shipping back to you. If your item is returned later than 14 days from receiving your order, this is outside of our Exchange/Credit Terms and Conditions and return shipping for this item will be at your cost.
If the item is returned within 14 days we are happy to offer a full refund minus the cost of postage.
All sale and discounted items are final sale and can not be returned for an exchange or credit note so please choose carefully.
Before we dispatch your order we will personally inspect your items and carefully pack them to ensure they leave and arrive in perfect condition.
Please note - exchanges are subject to availability of your size/colour upon us receiving your returned item/s. In the event we are unable to offer an exchange for your chosen size and colour we will automatically provide you with a full credit note or refund to the value of the returned product. Shipping costs will not be credited .
You can redeem your credit note by emailing email@example.com when you find an item you wish to purchase with your store credit. Please include complete item descriptions along with the shipping method you wish to proceed with. Credit Notes are valid for 6 months from Issue Date.
