If you are not 100% happy with your online order, please send it back to us! It must fulfil the following criteria:

1. Return Shenanigans and Timeframes:

   • Want to boomerang that item back? You've got 14 days for refunds and a cool 30 days for credit notes or exchanges.
   • Oh, and guess what? We toss in an extra 10% value to your credit note as our little gift to you! Who doesn't love a bonus?

2. Return Adventure:

   • Your items should come back in their original unspoiled glory—unworn, unwashed, and with tags still on. No makeup or perfume parties, please!
   • Heads-up: No returns or exchanges on items that have the (SALE)  tag or those adorable earrings (we gotta keep those lobes happy and healthy).
   • BUNDLE DEALS AND DISCOUNT CODES are acceptable for returns, refunds, exchanges and credit notes.

3. Return Journey:

   • Domestic returns incur a $10 return shipping fee, this will be deducted from your return. This applies to refund and credit notes. 
   • If you are exchanging a $10 invoice will be emailed to you as soon as we approve your return. If you are sending multiple items back from the one order you need to lodge them individually and once approved we will combine them so only a one off $10 fee will be charged. Your $10 invoice that we send covers the cost of shipping the item back to us and receive the garment back.
   • Be patient like a zen master—give us 2 business days to work our magic on your refund or exchange. Refunds take a few extra days (up to 5 business days) to shimmy into your accounts, while credit notes zoom straight to your email inbox.
   • NZ Orders requiring return please contact our support info@millienme.com.au as these are not supported through our online portal.

   • But remember, we've got a 30-day limit on this game. Worn or washed items? Sorry, they're not invited to the return party.

   • Grabbed a discount code or hopped on a bundle deal? Nice one! Just remember, it's a one-time show, and it can't share the stage with other offers. Let it shine solo! You can however place 2 orders if this works better in your favor!
